Richard Boggis-Rolfe is Chairman and Chief Executive of Odgers. He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge, then served in the Coldstream Guards before attending the London Business School as a Sloan Fellow. He began his career in executive search with Russell Reynolds Associates and became a director in their London office. He went on to spend 14 years with Norman Broadbent International. Before he led the buy-out of Odgers, he was the Group Managing Director of BNB Resources plc.
