Peter Hearn founded the Group in 1991 and has been Chairman since that date. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers and Lybrand after graduating from Cambridge in 1974. He then worked in a range of industries holding positions in finance, marking and sales before joining Reuter Simkin (now part of PSD) in 1986.
